How to Order
You can use our shopping cart to shop online, but if you are more comfortable, you can still call or send us e-mail with your order.

Payment Methods
Online, we accept payments by PayPal. For those of you who prefer to mail a certified cheque or money order via post, we will gladly hold your item for 5 business days until payment arrives and ship your order once funds have cleared. We will also accept cash if we meet in person. All orders are billed in Canadian funds. Please ensure that international money orders are drawn on a Canadian bank or we will not be able to cash them. Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST except on children's apparel. Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.

Shipping
Parcels are sent via Canada Post ground shipping to within Canada, US and worldwide. If you need your item pronto, let us know and we can send it ExpressPost (for a little bit more of course). If you're lucky enough to live in the North York area of TO or in Cambridge you may want to pick up your order and save the delivery charge. Shipping within Ontario is a flat rate of $7.50, however we will refund the difference if it is significantly less or let you know if it is significantly more. Orders over $100 before taxes get free shipping. We cannot be responsible for orders lost by the postal service. If you suspect that the post has lost your order, contact us so we can maybe try to arrange something.

Special Orders
If you see something you like, but is not quite right, send us and e-mail at info@kokochoo.com to discuss your product. We will do what we can to make you happy.

Wholesale
Our few of a kind pieces are made one at a time with love, patience and artistry. Our main goal is to sell our goods direct to our customers through this website, however if you feel that you would love to sell kokochoo products in your shop, please contact us at info@kokochoo.com.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with what you received or it is just not what you were expecting, send us an email to let us know why before you pack it up and ship it back to us in original condition, within 14 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs, upon receipt of the item. There are no refunds on special orders.

Privacy
All personal information is used for in house purposes only. We do not sell or rent out your information to others. If you choose, we can send you newsletters via email or snail mail, but you are free to remove your name from our list at any time.
